According to a report by Spanish outlet Planeta Real Madrid, Federico Valverde is the subject of interest from Liverpool. And the Reds have tabled a bid worth €90 million to sign the 24-year-old in the summer transfer window. But a move away from Real Madrid seems unlikely for him.
Federico Valverde has established himself as a pivotal figure for Real Madrid in the last few years. The Uruguayan international had to grind his way to the top of the food chain at the Santiago Bernabeu. But he has not looked back since becoming a regular for Los Blancos, with his versatility making him an asset.
The 24-year-old excelled as a wide attacker in the 2022/23 season, unleashing a new facet to his game. And a tally of 12 goals and seven assists in 56 appearances across all competitions is impressive. But Valverde’s progress has captured the attention of several high-profile clubs. And Liverpool will look to sign the Real Madrid utility man this summer.
The versatile Real Madrid midfielder recently emerged on Liverpool’s radar. And it is hardly surprising why the Reds are interested in securing Valverde’s services in the summer transfer window.
