Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer, with AC Milan keen.

According to Tutto Mercato Web, Italian giants AC Milan are keen on signing Christian Pulisic. And they have been in touch with Chelsea regarding a summer move for the USMNT international.

Pulisic has struggled for regular game time at Chelsea, and a move away from Stamford Bridge would be ideal for him. And recent reports have claimed that he is keen on joining AC Milan this summer as he looks to resurrect his career.

The 24-year-old still has plenty of time to get his career back on track and fulfil his tremendous potential. A move to AC Milan would be ideal for him. He would get regular game time at the Italian club and the lesser intensity of Serie A could be ideal for him as well.

Milan need to bring in attacking reinforcements this summer, and Pulisic would be a top-class acquisition for them. The American winger was regarded as one of the biggest attacking talents in the world during his time at Borussia Dortmund but his progress has stalled since Chelsea in a deal worth €64 million.

If AC Milan can help him get back to his best, he could be a key player for them in the coming seasons. He will add pace, flair and goals to the AC Milan attack next season. But it remains to be seen whether the two clubs can come to an agreement. It is highly unlikely Chelsea will recoup anything close to €64 million from Pulisic’s sale.

Convincing the 24-year-old winger should not be a problem for AC Milan. They are one of the biggest clubs in Europe, and Pulisic will want to compete at the highest level. If they can promise him regular game time, the American International is likely to be tempted to join them.

Meanwhile, Chelsea have already strengthened their attack sufficiently over the last couple of windows, with Christopher Nkunku being their latest signing. So Pulisic is unlikely to get ample first-team action in the coming months.

Furthermore, the Blues are looking to get rid of the fringe players this summer and balance the books after spending significant sums of money on new signings. This is the ideal opportunity for Chelsea to get rid of the American winger as well. It seems that a summer transfer would be ideal for all parties and it remains to be seen how the situation unfolds.
