Aston Villa and West Ham United are reportedly considering signing 28-year-old Belgian striker Divock Origi from AC Milan this summer.
According to a report by Milan News, Aston Villa and West Ham United are interested in Divock Origi. The Liverpool icon has struggled to make his mark since joining AC Milan last year. And the two Premier League clubs are ready to bring him back to England. They have already submitted enquiries for the 28-year-old striker.
Divock Origi is an iconic figure in Liverpool folklore despite never being a first-choice option for Jurgen Klopp. The Belgian international took his time to get going at Anfield but became a match-winner off the bench. And his ability to be the super-sub helped Liverpool win the UEFA Champions League and the Premier League.
But Origi’s stint with Liverpool ended last summer after he became a free agent. And he joined AC Milan in a Bosman move, hoping to secure regular game time. But the 28-year-old has struggled to stamp his authority, managing only two goals and one assist in 35 appearances.
