Premier League giants Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool have remained in contact with Valencia’s rising star Yunus Musah’s representatives.

According to 90 Min, Yunus Musah could depart Valencia in the summer for a chance to play in the Premier League. Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool have all remained in contact with the La Liga midfielder’s representatives, as the USMNT star could explore new avenues.

Yunus Musah made a telling impression during the World Cup, putting in a few good performances for the USMNT. He stood out in the group game against England, as the Valencia star dominated the midfield comprising some of the most notable names.

His performances got the attention of several sides from the Premier League. Notably enough, Arsenal, where Musah was an academy graduate, are keen to bring their former player back. Mikel Arteta wants to add quality names to his side and continues to look for young talents to develop for the future.

Musah remains an established star for Valencia and USA, meaning Arteta could integrate him into the first team setup as a direct replacement for Sambi Lokonga. Arsenal are already planning several midfield additions, with Declan Rice their priority target alongside Moises Caicedo.

Musah could come in irrespective of the other two arriving. The La Liga midfielder could form part of a young core that he could develop in north London. Meanwhile, Liverpool were also mentioned as a leading contender for the Valencia star’s signature.

Jurgen Klopp has a particular interest in the midfielder, who could become an alternative to Jude Bellingham. Liverpool remain keen to bolster their midfield with multiple signings in the close season. Musah could come in as a new midfielder to improve the current squad, which could see a few players departing.

Along with the two Premier League sides, Chelsea have reportedly remained in contact with Musah’s representatives. The La Liga midfielder will likely leave Valencia, considering the club’s problems on and off the field. Los Che are battling relegation and sits third from the bottom in Spain.

Valencia know they will get nowhere near Musah’s €100 million release clause. Hence they could accept a reasonable offer from one of the three Premier League sides.

Chelsea are also keen to find a midfield partner for Enzo Fernandez. Musah remains an option for them, considering they could lose out on a few top targets owing to not playing in the Champions League.

The Premier League trio could look for a cheaper deal than anticipated and bring the La Liga midfielder to England.
