Liverpool rival Barcelona, Real Madrid in Florian Wirtz pursuit

And they are certainly a more attractive destination for talented young players. The Spanish giants have shown a willingness to invest in future stars and Wirtz could be tempted to move to Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the season.

Barcelona, on the other hand, are going through financial difficulties, and they might struggle to compete with the likes of Liverpool and Real Madrid if Bayer Leverkusen demand a premium for the talented young midfielder. But Wirtz admittedly dreams of joining Barcelona.
