Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Dutch attacking midfielder Xavi Simons.

A report from Fichajes claims that 19-year-old Dutch midfielder Xavi Simons is on the radar of Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United. The three Premier League clubs look to make a move for him at the end of the season.

Simons has been in fine form this season, scoring 15 goals and picking up eight assists across all competitions. And his 23 goal contributions have helped PSV Eindhoven immensely. The highly talented Dutchman is capable of playing in multiple roles and his versatility will be an added bonus for the club he joins.

Mikel Arteta needs to add more depth to his squad, and Simons would be a superb long-term addition. He can rotate with players like Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli and Martin Odegaard at the Emirates next season.

The 19-year-old Dutchman is capable of playing as a central attacking midfielder as well as a winger. He will add creativity, goals and flair to the Arsenal squad. A player of his quality will also help Arsenal break down stubborn defences. But the Gunners have also shown interest in other attackers, like Marco Asensio.

Meanwhile, Chelsea need to add goals to their side as well, and the Dutch midfield prodigy could be a quality acquisition. The Blues are lacking a specialist midfielder who can operate as the number ten and create opportunities and add goals to the side, especially amid speculation surrounding Mason Mount.

The 19-year-old could be the ideal acquisition for Chelsea. The Blues recently signed Noni Madueke from PSV Eindhoven, and it remains to be seen whether they can use their existing relationship with the Dutch outfit and sign Simons as well.

As far as Manchester United are concerned, they will need to add more quality in the final third. Erik ten Hag has thus identified the 19-year-old as a potential target. Simons has the attributes to develop into a top-class player and he could be a solid long-term addition to the Red Devils.

The 19-year-old midfielder has a contract with the Dutch outfit until the summer of 2027, and they are likely to demand a premium for his services if the three Premier League clubs come calling at the end of the season.
