According to SPORT, Barcelona are in the race to sign Marcus Thuram in the summer on a free transfer. The Blaugrana are alert to financially viable deals for players that may suit their playing style, and the Frenchman fits the bill. The player is also a target for Arsenal and Chelsea.
Marcus Thuram will set off a transfer battle in the summer when he departs Borussia Monchengladbach as a free agent. The soon-to-be-free French attacker is a great asset for any top club, with many already signaling their intent to bring him on board.
The 25-year-old is entering a pivotal phase of his career and is already an established French international under Didier Deschamps. He played an important part from the bench for France on their road to the World Cup Final in Qatar. Meanwhile, Thuram has ten goals in the Bundesliga this season.
