La Liga champions Real Madrid are reportedly interested in RB Leipzig attacker Dani Olmo, a target for Manchester United and Barcelona.

According to a report by Spanish outlet Defensa Central, Dani Olmo is the subject of interest from Real Madrid. The RB Leipzig attacker is also a target for Barcelona and Manchester United. And the German giants will demand around €60 million to part ways with the Spanish international.

Dani Olmo is a former trainee of Barcelona’s famed La Masia academy. But he earned his stripes at Dinamo Zagreb before joining RB Leipzig in January 2020. And the 24-year-old has endured a topsy-turvy ride thus far at the Bundesliga club, going in and out of the starting lineup.

The Spanish international has managed only 821 minutes of game time this season. But Olmo’s tally of four goals and six assists in 16 appearances is impressive. Meanwhile, the player faces an uncertain future at RB Leipzig, with Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Manchester United among his prospective suitors.

The Spaniard has been on Barcelona’s radar for a few years. And the Catalan giants remain keen on signing Olmo in the summer transfer window. That is because Ferran Torres and Raphinha face uncertain futures at Spotify Camp Nou. And with Memphis Depay leaving Barcelona, a spot is vacant in the offensive unit.

As for Real Madrid, the Merengues are closely monitoring the situation of the 24-year-old. And Los Blancos will have no qualms about paying his price tag, worth €60 million. The report claims that shelling out €60 million will not stop Real Madrid from signing Jude Bellingham. And with Marco Asensio’s future up in the air, Olmo is an attractive target.

Meanwhile, Manchester United might also enter the market for an offensive reinforcement in the summer. That is because Anthony Elanga will likely depart from Old Trafford this year. And with Jadon Sancho struggling to make his mark, the Red Devils need to bring in an attacker. And Olmo has emerged on Manchester United’s radar.

Apart from Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham, and AC Milan also want to sign Olmo. But not every club can afford to pay €60 million to secure his services. So suitors like Real Madrid and Manchester United might be the front-runners to land the 24-year-old.
