La Liga trio Almeria, Celta Vigo, and Villarreal will reportedly look to sign Spanish teenage sensation Pablo Torre from Barcelona in January.

According to a report by Spanish outlet Fichajes, Pablo Torre might leave Barcelona on loan in the January transfer window. And three La Liga clubs are ready to secure his services for the second half of the season, those being Almeria, Celta Vigo, and Villarreal.

Pablo Torre took age-group football by storm in his homeland in the last half a dozen years. The 19-year-old rose to prominence at Racing Santander after arriving from Marina Sport in 2015. And the teenage sensation also became a pivotal figure for Racing’s first team before joining Barcelona this past summer.

The Spaniard is yet to establish a foothold at Spotify Camp Nou, with Barcelona grooming him gradually. But Torre has still made his mark for Barcelona, scoring once in just 108 minutes of game time. However, the youngster needs to play regularly to continue his progress, which is not possible at FC Barcelona.

So a loan move might be the best avenue for Torre and Barcelona to explore in the January transfer window. The Blaugrana had considered sending the 19-year-old back to Racing Santander in the summer before deciding to keep him. But three La Liga clubs are ready to offer Torre a solution to his problems this winter.

Almeria, Celta Vigo, and Villarreal are keen on signing the Spanish teenage sensation on loan from Barcelona. And joining any of the three clubs should serve Torre well, as he will get exposure in La Liga, which should help him progress quickly.

At Almeria, Rubi often utilises the 4-2-3-1 formation, employing Portillo in the no. 10 role, which suits Torre the best. Meanwhile, at Celta Vigo, the 19-year-old will have more competition for places. But the Barcelona teenage sensation might be best positioned to join the Galician giants, who have great relations with the Blaugrana.

Finally, a move to Villarreal might be far-fetched due to Quique Setien’s strained relations with Barcelona. But with several attackers like Samuel Chukwueze, Nicolas Jackson, and Arnaut Danjuma appearing on the radars of English clubs, the Yellow Submarine might need someone like Torre. It will be interesting to see where the 19-year-old heads off to if he leaves Barcelona on loan in January.
