Chelsea sacked Graham Potter on Sunday after a series of disappointing results and are now looking to bring in Julian Nagelsmann.

A report from Football insider claims that Chelsea have been in contact with Julian Nagelsmann. The former Bayern Munich manager is also a target for Tottenham Hotspur.

The 35-year-old was recently sacked by the German club, and he has been replaced by former Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel. Nagelsmann has been linked with a number of Premier League clubs recently. And Tottenham Hotspur are thought to be keeping tabs on him as well. However, the manager prefers a move to Chelsea as per Christian Falk.

The German manager has shown his quality in the Bundesliga with RB Leipzig and Bayern Munich. He could prove to be an exciting addition to Chelsea. Chelsea need to bring in a manager who will get the best out of their players. And Nagelsmann is certainly capable of elevating Chelsea’s performances.

The Blues have signed a lot of quality players over the last couple of windows, and they need to bring in someone who will help them win trophies now. Nagelsmann could be the ideal manager to bring out the best from the pool of young talent Chelsea have at their disposal.

Players like Mykhailo Mudryk and Joao Felix have not been able to hit top form since the move to Stamford Bridge. And the 35-year-old manager could get the best out of the attacking players.
