Eden Hazard is set to make his first Premier League start of the season as Chelsea host Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.

Antonio Conte has made a couple of changes to the side that faced Atletico Madrid in the Champions League, with Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger replacing David Luiz and Victor Moses. Cesar Azpilicueta will be the right wing-back for the Blues in the absence of Moses.

For Manchester City, Gabriel Jesus has replaced Sergio Aguero from the side that beat Crystal Palace 5-0 last weekend, with the Argentine sidelined with a rib injury. Leroy Sane, Raheem Sterling, Kevin De Bruyne and David Silva start as well, as Pep Guardiola looks to go all out in attack at the Bridge.
