Samu Omorodion has established himself as one of the best young attacking prospects in La Liga after a successful loan spell with Deportivo Alaves in the 2023/24 season. A native of Melilla, the Spaniard has been with Atletico Madrid since last summer, arriving from Granada CF. Los Rojiblancos immediately loaned him to Alaves.
The 20-year-old was not too prolific but managed a decent tally of nine goals and one assist in only 2,066 minutes of game time across 36 appearances in all competitions. Meanwhile, Omorodion’s progress has not gone unnoticed, capturing the attention of several high-profile clubs across Europe.
