Chelsea prepared to offer part-exchange deal to sign Federico Chiesa

Chelsea are all set to offer two attackers in a part-exchange deal to sign Juventus winger Federico Chiesa ahead of next season.

According to Calciomercatoweb, Chelsea are keen on signing Federico Chiesa in the summer. The 25-year-old is amongst the best wingers in Serie A. And, his performances over the past few seasons have attracted a lot of attention of late.

The Blues are keen on signing Chiesa ahead of next season and are all set to offer two of their attacking players as a part of the deal. The London club have signed a lot of players in the last few seasons. They have spent a fortune on signing players but have failed to get the desired results.

Chelsea are expected to once again enter the market in the summer to look for reinforcements. And, they are really keen on acquiring the services of the Juventus winger. The club are all set to offer Raheem Sterling and Christian Pulisic in exchange for the 25-year-old’s services. With that they hope to bring down his €100 million asking price.

Sterling joined the Blues ahead of the ongoing season from Manchester City. But, he has not had the kind of impact everyone expected him to have. The 28-year-old has featured in 26 matches and only has seven goals to his name. And, Chelsea are willing to sacrifice him to land the Italian international at the club.

Meanwhile, Pulisic, who has been a part of the Blues since 2019, has struggled to get game time. The 24-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at the west London club and is all set to part ways with the club. Juventus have been linked with the American forward. And as a result, Chelsea are ready to make him a part of the deal.

The west London club are ready to offer Sterling and Pulisic in exchange for Chiesa, who has been doing wonders since joining Juventus. The 25-year-old winger has featured in 78 matches for the Italian giants and has 38 goal contributions under his belt.

While his ongoing season has been affected by injuries, the Italian forward is capable enough to turn things around. And, he will be a great fit for the Blues who will look to bounce back next season.

However, it won’t be an easy task to get his signature because the Italian giants would only accept a cash deal for the €100 million-rated winger. And, there are a few other clubs who are also interested in the Italy international apart from Chelsea.
