Romano said, “Chelsea want him and Chelsea are absolutely in contact to sign Kendry Paez. Also Manchester United and Manchester City are exploring the conditions of the deal. Also we have to include Bayer Leverkusen in the list of the clubs interested in Kendry Paez. Super young talent so it will take some time to see him in Europe performing, but all of these clubs are monitoring Kendry Paez as a top talent for present and future.”

The Ecuador midfielder is highly coveted around Europe, and he has a big future ahead of him. It is hardly a surprise that the top Premier League clubs like Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea are keen on securing his services.

The 15-year-old is an attacking midfielder who can operate as a central midfielder as well. The youngster is currently playing for Independiente del Valle, the club which helped develop Moises Caicedo. Caicedo has been a quality Premier League player since his move from the Ecuadorian clubm and Paez is expected to follow in his footsteps in the coming seasons as well.

Chelsea have improved their squad significantly over the last few months, and they have shown a willingness to invest in talented young players. It Is clear that Todd Boehly wants to improve the pool of young talent at the club. So a move for Paez would be ideal for them.

The Blues have recently signed players like Andrey Santos and David Fofana. It will be interesting to see if they can beat the competition from Premier League rivals like Manchester United and sign the 15-year-old midfielder in the coming months.

The opportunity to play for a top Premier League club could prove to be difficult to turn down for the talented young midfielder. But he needs to decide on his next move carefully. Paez needs to join a club where he will get first-team opportunities in the coming seasons. He cannot afford to sit in the reserves at a top club, and that could hamper his development as a player.

Meanwhile, Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has a proven track record of nurturing talented players and he could help the youngster develop into a first-team option for the Red Devils. The Dutchman helped nurture a number of young players during his time at Ajax.

A move for Paez will not be possible for a few years anyway, as the South American sensation is only 15 years old. Nonetheless, Manchester United and Chelsea might look to secure an agreement for the youngster’s signature, much like how Real Madrid sealed the deal for Endrick.
