Cesar Azpilicueta returns while Tammy Abraham starts in place of Olivier Giroud as Chelsea prepare to take on West Ham United at Stamford Bridge.
Frank Lampard has made three changes to the side that started in the 2-1 Premier League defeat to Wolves last week as Chelsea get set to lock horns with West Ham United at Stamford Bridge. There are no shuffles in goal, where Edouard Mendy remains the undisputed first-choice goalkeeper.
The first change comes in defence, where Reece James’s knee complaint has forced Frank Lampard to recall Cesar Azpilicueta. Chelsea captain Azpilicueta joins Kurt Zouma, Thiago Silva and Ben Chilwell in the four-man defensive unit.

Up ahead in midfield, the second shuffle of the night sees Kai Havertz drop down to the bench, with Jorginho starting in his stead. The Italian international starts at the base of the midfield, with N’Golo Kante and Mason Mount providing him company in the middle of the park.
Finally, in attack, the third and final change witnesses Olivier Giroud make way for Tammy Abraham. Timo Werner and Christian Pulisic, therefore, retain their places as the two wide men, with Abraham set to lead the line for Chelsea against West Ham.
