Antonio Conte has made just one change from the side that faced Bournemouth on the weekend as Chelsea prepare to face AS Roma at Stadio Olimpico.
Gary Cahill has returned to the starting lineup, and the Englishman will take over the captain’s armband from Cesar Azpilicueta. The Spaniard, meanwhile, has moved into the right wing-back slot in place of Davide Zappacosta, who is starting on the bench.
AS Roma boss Eusebio Di Francesco, on the other hand, has made three changes to the side that faced Bologna over the weekend, with Aleksandar Kolarov, Radja Nainggolan and Diego Perotti returning to the starting eleven. But, Kostas Manolas is only fit enough to start on the bench.
