FC Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola has been rather quiet about his future of late, and this is something that has been making the rumour mill go crazy, linking the former FC Barcelona man to Chelsea FC.
Guardiolaa Bavarian teams has been exceptional as usual this season, having a perfect record of 10 wins from as many matches in the Bundesliga. Although their 2-0 loss to Arsenal FC, at the Emirates Stadium last week was a bit of a blip, in an otherwise perfect season, the coach himself seems to be in huge demand.
There have already been rumours of Manchester City trying to get the Former FC Barcelona managera s signature, while Chelsea FC, who are struggling to string a couple of wins together, are also reported to be in the race.
Chelsea FC have been on a horrendous run this season, managing to win just three of their first 10 Premier League matches. This string of bad results has resulted in the West London club dropping to 15th in the Premier League table. Ironically, the defending champions are hovering just five points above the relegation zone.
The lack of wins has not been Chelsea FCa s only problem this season. The Blues seem to have also been hit by a sudden lack of discipline, and at the forefront is manager Jose Mourinho, who was sent off during the half time of Chelsea FCa s match against West Ham United, this weekend, allegedly for abusing the referee.

Although Roman Abramovich and the rest of the Chelsea management have shown their support for Mourinho, the Russian oligarch might finally be running out of patience (something that he is quite well known for), and might sack his Portuguese manager, if Chelsea FC does not get a positive result out of their Premier League encounter with Liverpool FC, on Saturday.
According to Daily Telegraph, if Mourinho gets the sack, Chelsea FC are more likely to go for an interim manager in the form of Carlo Ancelotti or Guus Hiddink, before finally going for a more permanent solution, in Guardiola.
Meanwhile, Guardiola has refused to speak about his current contract at FC Bayern Munich, which runs out at the end of the season. While Bayern officials and players have been all praises for Guardiola over the last few weeks, it seems that the Spaniard has put off all talks of contracts till later in the season.
Although Guardiola has won everything there is to win domestically in Germany, he has failed to win the coveted UEFA Champions League with the Bavarian club. Also, he took over from Jupp Heynckes, who had won the treble for FC Bayern Munich in 2012/13, something that Guardiola has not been able to do at Bayern.
