Davide Frattesi offered to Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham

Intermediaries have reportedly offered Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspur the chance to sign 26-year-old Inter Milan midfielder Davide Frattesi.

According to an update by Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur, Davide Frattesi will likely leave Inter Milan in the winter transfer window, and intermediaries have offered him to Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspur. Meanwhile, the 26-year-old midfielder is a target for Juventus, with the Nerazzurri demanding around €30-35 million to part ways with him.

How has Davide Frattesi fared at Inter Milan?

Davide Frattesi has endured a frustrating spell since joining Inter Milan from Sassuolo. The Serie A giants initially signed the 26-year-old on a season-long loan deal in July 2023 before sealing a permanent move 12 months later. However, the player has not received a long rope in the middle of the park despite playing under two managers in the last two and a half years.

The struggles have continued in the first half of the 2025/26 season, as the Italian international has managed only 499 minutes of game time in 14 appearances across all competitions thus far. However, Frattesi’s stock remains high, with Juventus attempting to secure his services. Meanwhile, intermediaries have offered him to Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspur.

What next?

Arsenal may pursue a midfielder in the next two transfer windows despite signing two this past summer. However, Christian Norgaard is on the wrong side of 30, and the Danish international has not featured much this season. So, Frattesi is an option worth considering. As for Chelsea, the Blues do not need another midfielder.

Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez are two of the best midfielders in the Premier League, while Andrey Santos, Dario Essugo, and Romeo Lavia are able backup options. So, Chelsea must focus on other positions instead of pursuing Davide Frattesi. However, Liverpool can do with a player like the Inter Milan midfielder.

While Dominik Szoboszlai, Alexis Mac Allister, and Ryan Gravenberch have been solid for the Reds, Wataru Endo is on the wrong side of 30. Meanwhile, Frattesi has been a target for Tottenham for a long time. With Yves Bissouma having no future at the North London club, Frattesi is an option worth considering.

However, Juventus will aim to win the battle for his signature, while Inter Milan will demand around €30-35 million to part ways with him. With the 26-year-old Italian international eager to embark on a new adventure, it will be interesting to see where he lands in the winter transfer window.
