Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United vying for Daniel Munoz

Daniel Munoz continued to attract the attention of possibly the biggest teams in the Premier League as Crystal Palace remains firm on their stance.

According to Caught Offside, Daniel Munoz is fast emerging as a big target for the biggest Premier League sides ahead of January. The likes of Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City are showing an interest in the 29-year-old Premier League wing-back, with Crystal Palace set to stay strong in their stance.

Daniel Munoz has proved himself as a player capable of playing at the highest level, as his rise under Oliver Glanser has not gone unnoticed. The Austrian coach feels the Colombian star is vital for his plans, with the team already struggling without him on the pitch as he continued to nurse an injury.

However, with the January window fast approaching, Crystal Palace may have a big task on their hands to ward off interest from big clubs. The likes of Chelsea and Manchester City have shown interest recently, while Manchester United and Liverpool are also keen to some degree.

Starting with Chelsea, Enzo Maresca has shifted skipper Reece James to a midfield role, and that may continue to be his place. Hence, there might be a need for a new right back with experience and poise in the Premier League. Manchester City, on the other hand, have been trying to sign Valentino Livramento, but could view Munoz as a high-quality alternative to the Newcastle United defender in January.

Liverpool are also looking for new options in the right-back role, given how summer arrival Jeremie Frimpong has struggled with injuries. The two players are similar in profiles, with either eager to attack the ball more, as the Merseysiders might look at the possibility of landing the 29-year-old Premier League wing-back in January.

Manchester United keen, but are Crystal Palace willing to sell?

A move to Manchester United seems unlikely in January, but given the system under Ruben Amorim, one cannot rule out a future approach. The Red Devils are intent on strengthening their wing-back areas, as the 29-year-old Crystal Palace star could be a big option.

As for Palace, they are uninterested in a sale in January, given Munoz is tied there until 2028, which takes away the pressure off the Eagles to sell now. However, they could be tested by a big offer that will suit their financial desires, as it remains to be seen if one of those four clubs comes forward with a firm offer in January.
