According to a report from Fichajes, Chelsea will demand in excess of €60 million to sanction the departure of Malo Gusto. The French youth international’s impressive rise at Stamford Bridge has put him on the wishlist of PSG who seek defensive reinforcement. While the Ligue 1 giants are keen on signing him, they are unlikely to secure his services given the high asking price set by the Blues.
Gusto came up the ranks at Olympique Lyon and made quite a name for himself while playing for their first team. His consistent performances along with his huge potential forced Chelsea to fork out €30 million to sign him at the start of 2023.
He stayed at the French club for another six months before moving to London. The 21-year-old full-back hasn’t looked back since arriving in England. With skipper Reece James struggling to stay fit, Gusto has established himself as a key part of their first team.
