London giants Chelsea have offered Romelu Lukaku and Cesare Casadei in the deal to sign 25-year-old Napoli striker Victor Osimhen this summer.

However, the first bid has come from Chelsea, with the West London club offering a part-exchange deal to secure Osimhen’s services.
