Arsenal table bid to sign Benjamin Sesko

Arsenal are reportedly hoping to sign Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig this summer, beating Chelsea and Manchester United to his signature.

According to a report from Football Transfers, Arsenal have submitted an offer to sign Benjamin Sesko in the summer transfer window. Chelsea and Manchester United are interested in signing the talented young striker as well. The Gunners have offered €55 million for the Slovenien international, who could prove to be a quality investment in the long term.

It is no secret that Arsenal will have to bring in a quality goalscorer this summer. Gabriel Jesus had an underwhelming 2023/24 season, and he will need to be replaced if Arsenal are serious about winning major trophies. So, Sesko has emerged as a top target for the North London club.

The 21-year-old scored 18 goals last season, and he has the quality to play for the biggest clubs in the world. A move to Arsenal will be quite exciting for him, and he would get to showcase his qualities in the Premier League.

Chelsea and Manchester United keen on Benjamin Sesko

Chelsea and Manchester United need attacking reinforcements as well. Chelsea will have to bring in an upgrade on Nicolas Jackson, who has not been able to score goals consistently. It will be interesting to see if the Blues can beat Arsenal with the signing of the Slovenian attacker.

As for Manchester United, they will need to bring in another reliable goalscorer who can support Rasmus Hojlund in the final third. Sesko has the physical and technical attributes to thrive in the Premier League, and he would be a quality long term investment for the Red Devils. Having Sesko and Hojlund at their disposal could sort out the Manchester United attack for the future.

The highly talented striker will be tempted to join big clubs like Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United. All three clubs have done well to nurture talented young players into established stars in the past, and they could play a key role in the development of the Slovenian as well. He has already shown his quality in the Bundesliga and he might be open to a new challenge at this stage of his career.
