The Ligue 1 champions have now intensified their efforts to sign the teenage French sensation, who will cost around €60 million in the summer transfer window. Liverpool and Real Madrid are also keen on signing the LOSC Lille wonderkid.
The rise and rise of Leny Yoro
Leny Yoro has established himself as one of the best young prospects in the world in the last 12 months. A graduate of the LOSC Lille youth division, he broke into the first-team squad at the French club as a 16-year-old. And he is already a mainstay at the back for Les Dogues, going from strength to strength this season.
The 18-year-old has turned out 44 times for Lille this season, chipping in with three goals while amassing over 3,500 minutes of game time. Meanwhile, Yoro’s progress at the Ligue 1 club has not gone unnoticed, capturing the attention of several high-profile clubs, including Liverpool, Real Madrid, and Paris Saint-Germain.
