Manchester City in contact over move for Dani Olmo

Manchester City have established contact with RB Leipzig attacking midfielder Dani Olmo ahead of a potential move in the summer.

According to Sport BILD via Sport Witness, Manchester City are interested in acquiring the services of Dani Olmo. The English giants are looking further bolster their squad in the summer. They feel the RB Leipzig star could be a great addition to their team and have been in touch with him ahead of a potential transfer.

Olmo has established himself as a mainstay in the attack at the Bundesliga club. He has featured in 148 matches for them over the years and has contributed towards 63 goals. Olmo’s consistent performances and his ability to feature as an attacking midfielder as well as on the flanks have not gone unnoticed.

There is no shortage of interest in him. While his contract with Leipzig runs until the summer of 2027, he is expected to be on the move in the summer. There is a €65 million release clause in his contract, which could lead to his departure.

Manchester City interested in Olmo
