The Brazilian international, a target for Manchester City, has a release clause worth £100 million in his contract with Newcastle United. However, the Gunners might have an ace up their sleeve, as they are ready to cash in on Emile Smith Rowe, Reiss Nelson, and Eddie Nketiah to fund a move for the Newcastle talisman.

Bruno Guimaraes has been an exceptional performer for Newcastle United since arriving from Lyon over two years ago. The 26-year-old took no time to make his mark at St. James’ Park, guiding the Tyneside outfit to safety and a near-top-half finish in the 2021/22 season. The player and Newcastle United went a step ahead in 2022/23, clinching UEFA Champions League qualification.
