Arsenal could line up a move for long-time target Dusan Vlahovic, as the 24-year-old striker could consider his future at Juventus.

According to HITC, Arsenal could sense another opportunity to sign Dusan Vlahovic this summer, having missed out on the forward a few years back. The 24-year-old striker could consider his future at Juventus following a summer in which there could be a change of guard in the dugout that could go against the Serbian.

Arsenal back in for Dusan Vlahovic?

Arsenal are in the market for a new striker, one who could deliver goals on a regular basis for Mikel Arteta’s side. The Gunners are by far the most prolific side in the Premier League, but the manager might desire a forward who can notch 20-30 goals in one season to make them prominent title challengers.

Viktor Gyokeres has been of interest, with the Swedish star producing a 36-goals season with Sporting CP. Other names like Ivan Toney, Victor Osimhen, and Alexander Isak have all come to the fore, but now, the Gunners can go back on their trail of Dusan Vlahovic.

The Gunners have been keeping tabs on the 24-year-old striker for some time and even missed out on signing him a few years ago. Back then, he chose to join Juventus over Arsenal, but that has not deterred their pursuit, as Arteta might look at the Serbian as the solution he seeks to bolster his frontline.

Chelsea are also keen on Vlahovic, and with sufficient interest in the market for the 24-year-old striker, Juventus will seek a stellar fee in return. There have been concerns that the Serbian might consider his future in Turin, which pushed Arsenal to revisit their interest in the striker and bring him to England in the summer.

Vlahovic to leave Juventus?

There are a lot of rumours surrounding Juventus at the moment that could have a direct effect on the futures of some of their notable stars, including Federico Chiesa and Vlahovic. Massimiliano Allegri might be ready to leave the club, with Thiago Motta pencilled as the replacement, who seeks to bring Joshua Zirkzee along with him to Turin.

Should the Dutchman arrive, it would place Vlahovic’s future in jeopardy, which has caused the reports to suggest he might depart. Either way, Arsenal and other clubs will stay alert to the situation, as the 24-year-old striker seems likely to take on a new challenge to further his career.
