Harry Kane unlikely to leave Bayern Munich this summer

Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has been linked with a move away from the German club in the last few weeks.

A report from TEAMtalk has claimed that Chelsea, Manchester United, and Tottenham are keen on signing Harry Kane, but they will now face a major blow in their pursuit of the England international. The experienced striker is unlikely to leave Bayern Munich this summer.

Kane has been in outstanding form for his new club, scoring 31 goals across all competitions. However, Bayern Munich have had a disappointing season as a team, and they might end the campaign without a major trophy.

Harry Kane to return to England?

Kane will be thoroughly disappointed with how his debut season has panned out. He would have expected to win a trophy. The only reason the England international left Tottenham Hotspur was to win trophies, and he might be unsuccessful in his first season.

Naturally, there have been rumours that the player could look to return to the Premier League in the summer. Chelsea could certainly use a reliable goalscorer like him, explaining their interest in him. Kane is one of the best goalscorers in Premier League history, and he could transform Chelsea going forward.

The 30-year-old would be a major upgrade on Nicolas Jackson. But his allegiance with Tottenham means that any move to Chelsea would be quite difficult Meanwhile, Manchester United need a reliable goalscorer to complement Rasmus Hojlund, and Kane certainly fits the profile. The Bayern Munich striker has been linked with a move to Old Trafford in the past as well.

It will be interesting to see if the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United can convince him to return to England. Finally, he has been linked with a return to his former club Tottenham as well. The North London outfit chose not to replace Kane since his departure, and it will be interesting to see if they are ready to push for him if the striker is open to return.

They will have to pay a substantial amount of money to re-sign the 30-year-old, and it will be interesting to see how the situation unfolds. All three clubs will be hoping to compete for major trophies in the coming seasons, and signing a world-class player like Kane would make a huge difference for them.
