Kylian Mbappe reportedly has offers from Manchester United and Liverpool, with Real Madrid being the current favourite.
A report on French publication Le 10 Sport insists Kylian Mbappe has at least three big offers, including from Real Madrid. The other two are supposedly Manchester United and Liverpool, although the Spanish giants are the clear favourites to land the 25-year-old attacker.
Manchester United, Liverpool lodge Kylian Mbappe offers
The Kylian Mbappe saga might finally see a fruitful end during the summer after the 25-year-old attacker announced his intention to leave PSG. This time, the French giants are not creating a roadblock for the forward, as they are ready to accept the decision and move on.
Naturally, many clubs will be keenly interested in signing the superstar as he edges towards a Bosman move in the summer. Recently, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta, jokingly or not, insisted his side would have to be part of the conversation for Mbappe, as other top sides like Manchester United and Liverpool are also keen.
Despite suggestions Liverpool may not be able to afford someone like the 25-year-old attacker, the report states that Mbappe does have an offer from the Reds. Similarly, Manchester United have also tabled their proposal for the Frenchman, although neither sides are in a position to take the lead in the race.
Manchester United, under INEOS, are looking for a statement signing, and there’s no more significant player in the current market than Mbappe. Liverpool have kept close tabs on the PSG man, with Jurgen Klopp reportedly even held conversations with the forward. However, with the German now moving on, a move for the Frenchman looks unlikely for the Merseysiuders.
Real Madrid favourites to land Mbappe
Irrespective of Mbappe’s offers on his table, Real Madrid are the outright favourites to land him in the summer. For years, Florentino Perez has worked hard to get the 25-year-old attacker and now may be the time he seals the deal.
Reports state that Mbappe has agreed to move to Real Madrid, although nothing can be said until he signs on the dotted line. While the Premier League might have it’s appeal, no club there have the charm of Real Madrid, especially in this race for Mbappe.
