Aston Villa join Crystal Palace, Newcastle United in Matias Soule chase

Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Newcastle United are willing to battle it out for the services of 20-year-old Argentine sensation Matias Soule.

According to a report by Calciomercato, Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Newcastle United are all interested in the services of Matias Soule. The 20-year-old right winger has been doing wonders in the Serie A and his performances have attracted a lot of attention.

Soule joined the Juventus youth ranks in the winter of 2020. He has since come up the ranks and was promoted to their first team in the summer of 2022. In his debut season with the Italian giants, the Argentine sensation only got limited first-team action.

As a result, they decided to send him out on loan for the 2023-24 season to ensure he gets enough first-team minutes. Since making the move to Frosinone, the right winger has been on fire. He has featured in 21 league games and has managed to contribute towards 12 goals.

His impressive performances have attracted a lot of attention. During the winter transfer window, an important from the Middle East club Al-Ittihad did arrive but it was rejected by the Argentine youth international. He considered to it be too early to change course. Moreover, he is keen on continuing in Europe.

He will return to his parent club in the summer but the 20-year-old is not a part of their plans. Juventus are aware of the amount of interest in him and they are ready to cash in with his contract running out in the summer of 2026. The 20-year-old is currently valued at around €40 million.

The Turin-based club feel Kenan Yildiz is the one who will take them forward and the Old Lady are planning to reinvest the money raised by Soule’s departure to strengthen other areas of the pitch.

There is interest in his services from Crystal Palace, Newcastle United and Aston Villa. The Magpies haven’t been at their best this season and they are expected to major changes in the summer. They will look for young players who can bolster their squad in the long run and the Argentine winger could be a great addition.

Meanwhile, The Eagles have been struggling, their attack has been a major concern. If they survive the drop they will go hard for attacking reinforcement and Soule is on their radar. Aston Villa have been doing wonders under Unai Emery and they are always on the lookout for players who can further improve their squad. Juventus winger could help their cause for years to come.
