Arsenal will have to break the bank and fork out over €100 million to sign Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic in the winter transfer window.

According to a report by Bianconera News, Arsenal are keen on having Dusan Vlahovic in their ranks. The Gunners are looking to further bolster their squad in the upcoming transfer window as they are very much alive in the race for the Premier League and the Champions League title.

Dusan Vlahovic came through the ranks at Partizan Belgrade before joining Fiorentina in the summer of 2018. Over the next few years, he proved himself in Serie A, and Juventus ended up acquiring his services in the winter of 2022.

His first full season at the Juventus was quite difficult for the 23-year-old striker. He did score goals every now and then but did not meet the expectations of the fans and those at the club. Multiple reports even linked him with a summer move away from Turin.

However, a lot has changed since the start of the 2023/24 season. The Serbian international has been putting in some impressive shifts, and he is now an important part of Juventus’s first team. He has been involved in 11 league games. He has been on the pitch for 659 minutes and has contributed towards six goals.

While the 23-year-old is important to Juventus’s plans, he could still end up parting ways with the club in the near future. There is a lot of interest in his services, and the Italian club might consider selling him for the right price as they have financial concerns, and his departure could help them reinvest in the squad.

Arsenal are one of the clubs keen on having him in their ranks. The Gunners have two quality strikers in their ranks, but they have not been scoring enough goals of late. As a result, Mikel Arteta is keen on signing a new number nine. He wants a world-class forward who can guarantee goals and the 23-year-old could be a great fit.

The Gunners could make a move for him in the winter. But, according to the report, they will have put forward an offer worth a minimum of €100 million. Juventus could agree to such an offer as it will help them sign a replacement and reinforce their squad. As far as Arsenal are concerned, they will have the much-needed boost and could push for major titles.
