According to AS, Arsenal are closely monitoring Yarek Gasiorowski and could reignite their interest in the 18-year-old Spanish defensive sensation. The rising star has a release clause in his contract that would increase with a permanent place in Valencia’s first-team squad.
Yarek Gasiorowski made headlines in the last few days, as he scored a hat-trick against Moldova for Spain Under-19. The 18-year-old Spanish defensive sensation is a centre-back by trade and is already considered one of the top talents in his position.
Some factors make Gasiorowski a very unique prospect, and a host of clubs are keen on taking him away from Valencia. Red Bull Salzburg reportedly failed with a €5 million bid in the summer when the defender has yet to make it to the reserve team.

The context with the numbers has ties with his contract, as when Valencia offer him a permanent first-team place, they can improve his current release clause, which stands at €20 million. Hence, the La Liga side will see the wisdom in quickly integrating the 18-year-old Spanish defensive sensation to maintain his value in the market.
Valencia have tough choices ahead, considering their financial situation. They are keen to add quality players to their squad in January. But that will only be possible if they can raise significant funds through player sales.
