The talented young midfielder is highly rated and sought-after around Europe, and he has a big future ahead of him. The Israeli wonderkid could prove to be a quality long-term acquisition for the two London clubs, and it remains to be seen whether they decide to come forward with an offer to sign him in the coming months.

The 19-year-old has started the season well, and he has four goals and four assists across all competitions. He is versatile enough to operate as a central midfielder as well as an attacking midfielder. The opportunity to move to the Premier League could be hard to turn down for the youngster, and it remains to be seen whether Arsenal or Tottenham submit an approach for him.

Arsenal could certainly use more depth in the middle of the park. They are overly dependent on Martin Odegaard for creativity. Gloukh could be a quality understudy to the Norwegian international if he joins Arsenal.

However, he might want to join a club where he will be the focal point off the side and will want to play regularly as well. Arsenal will probably have to offer him game-time assurances before the move can go through. On the other hand, Tottenham Hotspur have recently signed James Maddison.

The England international has been outstanding for his new club, and he has established himself as an indispensable asset for the North London outfit. It will be interesting to see how Tottenham accommodate the 19-year-old Red Bull Salzburg midfielder in their starting lineup if he joins the club. He is likely to be behind Maddison in the pecking order.

The teenage sensation needs to join a club where he will play regularly. So, a move to Arsenal or Tottenham might not be ideal for him at this stage of his career. He needs to focus on his development for now.
