The Dutch manager as well as Manchester United are keeping a close eye on the South American market. And, they have found a jewel in Guilherme that they want to sign at all costs. People at the club have made initial contacts with the Brazilian club, and they are exploring the situation needed to land him.

But, Manchester United are not alone in the race and will face competition from Chelsea and Barcelona. The Catalan giants are always on the lookout for young exceptional talents. And, their scouts have been keeping a close eye on the 17-year-old attacking midfielder for a while now.

Barcelona feel he has the potential to be great in the future. As a result, they want to incorporate him into their team. Meanwhile, Chelsea are preparing an offer for his services according to a report by R7.

The Blues are willing to offer €35 million for his services. But, Palmeiras are in no mood to let him leave for that low a fee. He still has over two years left on his deal, and there is a release clause worth €60 million in his contract.

The Brazilian club will only let him leave if the Blues are ready to offer €35 million upfront with another €25 million as bonuses. It will be interesting to see if Chelsea are ready to raise their bid, while Manchester United and Barcelona will keep a close eye on the proceedings.
