Fiorentina, Sevilla, and Villarreal are also keeping tabs on the progress of the Velez Sarsfield prodigy. But the youngster is prioritising a move to Barcelona in the January transfer window.

The Velez Sarsfield Academy has produced several noteworthy players in the last two decades.
