Marco Silva’s Fulham are keen on acquiring the services of 33-year-old West Ham United striker Michail Antonio.

According to a report by Football Transfers, Fulham are interested in having Michail Antonio in their ranks. The Cottagers are looking to bolster their attack and believe the 33-year-old forward could be a great fit for the club. His arrival will add goals, and his experience could help others around him.

Antonio has been at West Ham United since the summer of 2015. He has gone from strength to strength at the London club over the years. The 33-year-old is the Hammers’ all-time highest goal scorer in the Premier League having found the back of the net on 63 occasions.

He has featured in a total of 279 matches for West Ham and has been involved in 120 goals. Antonio has scored 77 goals and has bagged 43 assists during his time at the club. Last season, he was involved in 48 matches and managed to contribute towards 19 goals.

The Jamaican international has started the new season in fine fashion, scoring two goals in three outings in the Premier League. While he still remains an integral part of their first team, his future has been uncertain of late. And, with less than a week to go in the transfer window, he could switch clubs.

The 33-year-old wants to play regular football and won’t accept a secondary role at the club. As a result, he has informed David Moyes that he wants to leave the club. Meanwhile, there is a lot of interest in from services from different parts of the world.

One of the clubs keen on having him in their ranks is Fulham, who would like to raid their fellow London club. Marco Silva wants more firepower in his attack and believes adding Antonio will bring a lot to the table. His experience can help them push for a better finish than last season. With the deadline day closing in, it will be interesting to see if the West Ham star ends up joining Fulham.
