West Ham United are keen on acquiring the services of 19-year-old Nordsjaelland forward Ernest Nuamah amidst interest from Tottenham Hotspur.

According to a report by Football Insider, West Ham United are looking to bolster their attack before the end of the transfer window. David Moyes is keen on adding creativity and goals to his ranks and has his eyes set on Ernest Nuamah.

The 19-year-old Nordsjaelland winger has been in sensational form of late. He has gone from strength to strength over the past 18 months and is on the radar of multiple top clubs from across Europe.

Nuamah joined Nordsjaelland in the winter of 2022. He didn’t need much time to settle into a new environment as the teenage sensation showcased his class in the 2022-23 season. He broke onto the scene with 19 goal contributions in 34 matches in all competitions.

The Ghanaian international found the back of the net on 15 occasions and assisted his teammates four times. He has carried his form into the 2023/24 season. The 19-year-old has already scored four goals in his four outings in the new season.

The teenager prefers playing on the right flank but is capable enough to get the job done as a left winger as well as a striker. His versatility and impressive goal-scoring form have not gone unnoticed. There are quite a few Premier League clubs that are looking to sign him in the coming weeks.

Tottenham Hotspur are one of the clubs that have been keeping a close eye on the Ghana international of late. Spurs are looking to reinforce their attack post the departure of Harry Kane and Nuamah is one of the names on their list of targets.

While Spurs are interested in the 19-year-old, they are behind West Ham United in the race for his signatures. The Hammers have been following him of late and they have finally submitted an official offer as they look to land him at the club.

Moyes believes his arrival will add a lot of creativity as well as goals. He is versatile in nature and will allow the Hammers boss to field different combinations. With an official offer already submitted, it will be interesting to see if the Hammers can beat Spurs in this transfer tussle.
