But it is unclear if Bayern Munich will entertain any offers for one of the best young prospects in the world.
Jamal Musiala spent most of his formative years in England, passing through the academies at Chelsea and Southampton. Meanwhile, the 20-year-old represented England and Germany in age-group football on the international stage. And he was eligible to turn out for both countries as a senior footballer.
