The former Real Madrid player does not have a future at the North London club and it makes sense for him to move on this summer. Regular game time at Real Sociedad could be ideal for the player at this stage of his career, and it will be interesting to see if the two clubs can agree on a deal.
Reguilon was expected to develop into a key player for Tottenham when he joined the club from Real Madrid in a €30 million deal. But he has struggled to adapt to English football. He was on loan at Atletico Madrid last season and failed to be a regular starter for the Spanish side either.
The Spaniard needs to join a club where he will get ample game time, and it remains to be seen whether Real Sociedad are prepared to provide him with that opportunity.
