Clueless is the only way I can describe Tottenhams transfer policy. We just seem to bounce from 1 name to another for any player that we are ” Looking” at. Why is it, the Top clubs in the premier league seem to be able to sign Quality players, with very little hassle and yet we can’t even sign 2nd rate players without a big hassle, Why??
