Manchester United are holding advanced talks with Inter Milan for goalkeeper Andre Onana with a first offer already on the table.

According to talkSPORT, Manchester United are in advanced negotiations for Andre Onana. The Red Devils have reportedly presented Inter Milan with a £38-39 million bid, including add-ons for the goalkeeper. But the Nerazzurri are likely to stick to their £50 million valuations.

Andre Onana might have made an important decision in his career following plenty of speculation and involvement of many teams. The attention shifted from Premier League interest to the Saudi Pro League for a brief moment.

Stories claimed Onana received an important proposal from the Middle East, but he has decided to move to the Premier League. Manchester United are the most interested party in England after Chelsea pulled out owing to his price tag. As things stand, Inter Milan are demanding £50 million or thereabouts, including add-ons.

As per talkSPORT, Manchester United are advancing in talks with Inter Milan after presenting an offer of £38 million, including add-ons. Fabrizio Romano suggess it is £39 million but around the same ballpark. Erik ten Hag remains keen to add the keeper to his ranks as Manchester United continue to push for a move.

There is plenty of optimism surrounding this transfer as Inter Milan have yet to reject this bid, although they are unlikely to accept it. The two clubs will continue negotiations over a deal and possibly compromise on a price between the two figures.

Inter Milan see tremendous value in a huge sale of the keeper who arrived on a free transfer 12 months ago. They could agree on a lesser fee than £50 million with Manchester United. Ten Hag recently reassured Onana that the club will try all they can to conclude this transfer.

Meanwhile, Manchester United were also linked with Juston Bijlow as a cheaper alternative to the Cameroonian. However, Onana seems like their priority target for the position, as the two clubs could soon advance in this deal.

Manchester United are wary of the price tags going about for their reported targets. They are in a bit of a pinch in this window. But Ten Hag would like to prioritise a keeper and a striker after signing Mason Mout from Chelsea.
