Arsenal set to offer £100 million to sign Declan Rice, Manchester City have bid rejected

A report from Daily Mail claims that Arsenal will now offer £100 million for Declan Rice after having a bid of around £75 million and add-ons rejected for the player. The English international is keen on joining the North London club.

Both Manchester City and Arsenal can provide him with the opportunity to compete for major trophies. But Manchester City have a more proven track record of winning silverware. Furthermore, Pep Guardiola’s side have more financial resources compared to Arsenal as well.
