Paulo Dybala offered to Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United

Paulo Dybala was reportedly offered to Premier League clubs as his modest release clause with AS Roma became public news.

According to 90min, Premier League clubs have the best chance in the summer to sign 16-goal World Cup winner Paulo Dybala. He was reportedly offered to Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United which would be a chance to feature in England at this stage of his career.

There is no doubting Paulo Dybala’s talent and achievements in Italy. He played for Juventus’s best possible sides before joining AS Roma last summer on a free transfer. There were problems between the 16-goal World Cup winner and the Turin giants, which resulted in the collapse of a formal new contract.

With no takers until late in last summer’s window, Roma decided to sign the Argentine on a free transfer. Dybala has gone on to shine under Jose Mourinho with 16 goals in all competitions. He continues to fight with the club for a top-four finish while helping them reach the Europa League semi-final.

While he continues to have an exceptional season and is loved by Roma fans, his future at the club has come under considerable doubt. Dybala’s release clauses were recently revealed, representing a solid opportunity for any top club to sign the 16-goal World Cup winner.

As things stand, Dybala has a €20 million release clause for Italian clubs. But teams from outside can sign him for €12 million. Roma also have the option to cancel those termination clauses and increase Dybala’s salary to €6 million from his current €3.5 million per season.

In any case, his representatives are exploring the market for potential opportunities. One of them is finding out whether Premier League clubs have an interest in the 16-goal World Cup winner. Dybala was reportedly offered to Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United.

There was interest from Newcastle United earlier. Whether they will follow up on that remains the question. The Magpies do need reinforcements in the attack. And for that price, Dybala could become a solid option.

As for Chelsea, they have been searching for a marquee signing for some time now and may consider Dybala. The current team has a large imbalance of young players, which the 16-goal World Cup winner could change. He will come across as a valued addition for that price. But whether they pursue the deal remains the question.

Arsenal and Manchester United may have reservations about Dybala’s desire to play in the Premier League. The 16-goal World Cup winner has previously rebuffed approaches from England. If the Argentine indicates his desire to join, then the duo could make formal approaches.

Arsenal are looking for an attacker with goalscoring prowess. Allan Saint-Maximin was reportedly linked recently. Due to his price tag alone, Dybala becomes an attractive proposition, but his salary demands could pose a problem.

Meanwhile, Manchester United have plenty of young talents coming through and bringing the Argentine could disrupt that rhythm. Fellow countryman Alejandro Garnacho has flourished, and others are in the pipeline. Yet, Erik ten Hag could consider a move for the Roma star if the conditions and salaries are right.
