Ruben Neves has been linked with a summer move away from Wolves, with Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Manchester United interested.

A report from Daily Mirror claims that Ruben Neves is valued at £50 million. And clubs like Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester United are keeping tabs on him.

Neves has been a key player for Wolves since joining the club from FC Porto. And he has established himself as one of the most reliable midfielders in the Premier League. The Portuguese international will feel that he is ready to take a step up in his career.

So the opportunity to join clubs like Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester United could prove to be a tempting proposition. Barcelona certainly need to add more quality to their midfield, especially if Sergio Busquets departs in the summer. Neves could prove to be a quality acquisition for them.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid stars Luka Modric and Toni Kroos are in their twilight years. And the reigning La Liga champions will have to bring in proper replacements in the coming seasons.

As far as Manchester United are concerned, they will need to upgrade on players like Scott McTominay and Fred if they want to challenge for major trophies on a consistent basis.

Neves is an exceptional passer, and he has the ability to chip in with important goals from the long range. The Portuguese international will help out defensively as well and could prove to be a quality long-term addition. Furthermore, Erik ten Hag needs to bring in a player who can help control the tempo of the game and recycle the possession alongside Casemiro.

Neves seems like an ideal fit for them on paper. The midfielder is entering his peak years, and he could improve further with experience and coaching. It remains to be seen whether his suitors are willing to fork out £50 million for him. The Wolves midfielder is a massive talent. And there is no doubt that the has the potential to justify the reported asking price in the coming seasons.
