Manchester United could sell Aaron Wan-Bissaka in the summer as they brace for an approach from multiple Premier League sides.

According to Football Insider, Aaron Wan-Bissaka may not have a future at Manchester United, who could sell him in the summer. The Red Devils could consider bids over £22 million, with West Ham United and Crystal Palace interested.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka was a top talent coming through the ranks of Crystal Palace when Manchester United snapped the £50 million ace. After an impressive start to life, the fullback’s game soon became stagnant for the club’s style.

He steadily went out of favour last season as Ole Gunnar Solksjaer and Ralf Rangnick preferred to play Diogo Dalot. The Portuguese star could sign a new deal at Manchester United, which leaves room for a fullback to arrive in the summer.

Hence, Manchester United could sell Wan-Bissaka next summer if a suitable offer arrives. The Red Devils reportedly want around £22 million for the right-back, who will have 18 months left on his deal in June. They can extend his tenure but may not take up the opportunity.

West Ham and Crystal Palace were interested before the January window. However, the injury to Dalot and Wan Bissaka’s resurgent form meant Erik ten Hag would keep him until the end of the campaign.

In the summer, Manchester United could look at a new right-back with players like Denzel Dumfries on their shortlist. There are other names as well, as Ten Hag will likely sign a notable star in the position to compete with Dalot.

As for Wan-Bissaka, West Ham could consider themselves as favourites in the current climate if the right-back decides against re-joining Palace. The Hammers will have a shortage of options in the position next summer if Ben Johnson decides against signing a new deal.

The future of Vladimir Coufal is also under a cloud, meaning a new right-back becomes imperative for David Moyes. Manchester United have set a valuation for the once £50 million ace as they look for other ideas at right-back.

He will undoubtedly suit the systems at West Ham or Palace if a move transpires to either side. For now, Wan-Bissaka could play his final few months at Old Trafford, where he will get game time, but mainly in the Europa League if Manchester United progress beyond the next stage.
