Palmeiras’ teenage attacking sensation Endrick is reportedly open to joining Chelsea, who have held positive talks with the player and his family.
According to Brazilian journalist Jorge Nicola (h/t Sport Witness), Chelsea have received a huge boost in their endeavours to sign Palmeiras wonderkid Endrick, as he is interested in joining the Blues.
Endrick has emerged as one of the most sought-after young prospects in football after bursting onto the scenes with some stunning displays for the Palmeiras youth setup earlier this year. The 16-year-old’s displays have put him on the radars of every big club across Europe starting from the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid to PSG, Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea, among several others.
However, it seems like it is Chelsea who are making concerted efforts to capture the teenager’s signing. The Blues reportedly held talks with Endrick, his agents and his parents about a possible transfer to Stamford Bridge in the near future.
The report states that Chelsea are already planning an offer of around €30 million plus another €10 million in add-ons in the coming days. On top of that, it is also claimed that Endrick and his parents have been impressed after the talks with Chelsea, and the youngster is interested in the possibility of joining the London club.

Chelsea presented Endrick’s camp with a specific career plan for him in their project, which has left the youngster and his parents very excited about a potential transfer to Stamford Bridge.
However, any move would have to wait for a while as the Brazilian sensation has just turned 16 and can only move to Europe once he turns 18. Endrick signed his first professional contract with Palmeiras in July after he turned 16. The club have inserted a €40 million release clause in his contract to protect his value.
Chelsea’s planned offer of €30 million plus €10 million would reach that value, although it would include add-ons. Whether such a proposal would sate Palmeiras remains to be seen. What seems to be certain now is that Chelsea are very much keen on adding Endrick to their roster and are making some serious progress in their pursuit of the 16-year-old sensation.
