According to a report by Spanish publication SPORT, Barcelona and Real Madrid are not the only European bigwigs keen on signing Endrick in the future. The two La Liga heavyweights will face stiff competition from Paris Saint-Germain in the race to sign the 15-year-old Brazilian wonderkid.
Endrick is the latest whizkid to have emerged in Brazil, with the teenage prodigy arguably the most highly-rated prospect in South America right now. The youngster, who burst into the limelight after his exploits at the Copinha, is currently a member of the Palmeiras under-20 side despite being only 15 years old.
The Brazilian wonderkid has also represented his homeland at different age-group levels and is on the verge of breaking into the first-team setup at Palmeiras. At the same time, Endrick has captured the attention of several high-profile clubs in Europe, with Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Paris Saint-Germain keen on signing the 15-year-old forward.
Barcelona and Real Madrid are renowned for constantly foraying into the South American market to seek the most prodigious young footballers the continent has to offer. Such an outlook has fetched the two La Liga heavyweights several iconic players over the years, with Real Madrid also having a core group of South American players in their current squad.
