LA Galaxy vs FC Dallas: Preview and Prediction

FC Dallas will look to return to winning ways in the MLS when they hit the road to square up against LA Galaxy.

LA Galaxy’s winless run came to an end in their last outing, and they will now be looking to make it two wins in a row when they host a struggling FC Dallas. The home team are third in the Western Conference with 25 points in their 15 outings. While a win here will help them strengthen their position, a defeat could see them go down the table.

With the home team heading into this one on the back of a win, they will be confident about their chances. Meanwhile, the visitors are 12th on the points table with 13 points in as many outings. They have only won three matches so far.

FC Dallas are heading into this fixture on the back of a 3-3 draw against Real Salt Lake. While Dallas where disappointed to have conceded an injury-time equaliser, they didn’t really deserve more than a point on the night and will have to do much better to win against LA Galaxy. The Hard Tackle takes a closer look at both teams and tries to predict the tactics they could deploy.
