Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has revealed that he could be open to a return to Tottenham Hotspur in the future.
Mauricio Pochettino did a splendid job at Tottenham during his time at the club, and he has now left the door open for a potential return in the future. As quoted by Daily Telegraph, he revealed that he has an emotional connection with Tottenham and that has not broken despite his exit from the club.
Pochettino also believes that his connection with the North London club will not diminish if he is booed by the Tottenham fans during Chelsea’s clash with them on Monday night.
“Yes, our relationship broke when I finished my contract, you know,. But we are talking about the emotional links and feelings, and that’s not broken. It’s not going to be broken if they boo me. It’s not going to change my history, my past. It is something that will always be with you.”
Pochettino has been appointed as the Chelsea manager, and he will be expected to get them back into the UEFA Champions League. Chelsea have had a disappointing 2022/23 season and have made a mediocre start to the current campaign. It will be interesting to see if they can get them firing on all cylinders once again.

Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur appointed Ange Postecoglou as their manager ahead of the 2023/24 season, and the Australian tactician has done a splendid job so far. Tottenham are currently unbeaten in the Premier League, and they are second in the league table with a game in hand.
Apart from their ability to grind out results, they have been extremely impressive with their style of play as well. Postecoglou is clearly getting the best out of his players, and it remains to be seen whether he can help them qualify for the UEFA Champions League.
