Alex Scott has attracted widespread interest from Premier League clubs, with Everton and Leicester City tracking the progress of the Bristol City teenager.

According to Football Insider, there is significant interest from Premier League sides in Alex Scott. Leicester City and Everton are among the clubs tracking the teenager’s progress, as Bristol City brace themselves for bids from interested parties in the summer.

Alex Scott has been a revelation for Bristol City this season. The midfielder, who is used in an attacking role, has played 23 Championship games this season, scoring three times and providing two assists.

The Championship side have been aware of the youngster’s talents since last season, despite the player only making 6 appearances across all competitions. Bristol City were quick to hand Scott a new deal until 2025 at the start of this season, which would help them extract good value from a potential Premier League sale.

Considering Scott’s impressive progress, Bristol are bracing themselves for bids for the midfielder, although their valuation remains unknown. Leicester City are looking closely at the player, as the Foxes remain keen on a young option in midfield.

Over the years, Leicester City have been good at developing young talents, and Scott could be the perfect candidate to join the Foxes for the next phase of his career.

While Brendan Rodgers currently has plenty of options in midfield, Leicester are interested in signing some young players who can prove to be an asset in the future. They are also tracking Charles De Ketelaere, although there is stiff competition for the Belgian in the market.

Leicester are also searching for a viable replacement in midfield for Youri Tielemans, who could leave the club in the summer. Rangers star Joe Aribo is in their sights, although signing a first-team replacement for Tielemans would not preclude them from bringing in players like Scott.

Meanwhile, Everton are also reportedly interested in the youngster from Bristol. Their new manager Frank Lampard has a good track record of developing young talents, and Scott could be a good prospect for the Toffees.

Scott could find Everton interesting for his future, although he will face competition for places and may not be an immediate starter at Goodison Park or at Leicester, for that matter. However, a move to the Premier League will certainly be an intriguing prospect for the youngster, though it remains to be seen how much Bristol City demand for his services next summer.
