Calum Chambers makes a rare start while Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is the central striker as Arsenal prepare to take on Burnley at Turf Moor.

Mikel Arteta has made five changes to the side that convincingly beat Leicester City in the Premier League last weekend as Arsenal get set to lock horns with Burnley at Turf Moor. There are no shuffles whatsoever in goal, though, with Bernd Leno a certainty.

The first change comes in defence, where Calum Chambers makes a rare appearance and surprisingly as a right-back. David Luiz and Pablo Mari continue to pair up at the heart of Arsenal’s backline, with Kieran Tierney retaining his spot as the left-back.

Up ahead in midfield, Thomas Partey makes a return, replacing Mohamed Elneny in the double pivot. Partey lines up alongside Granit Xhaka in the middle of the park, with Elneny and Dani Ceballos being the two backup midfield options on the bench.

Finally, in attack, Arteta has made as many as three changes, with Willian the only player who has been retained from last weekend’s lineup. The Brazilian starts on the left wing, with Bukayo Saka coming in for Nicolas Pepe on the right flank. Martin Odegaard is set to essay the no. 10 role while captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will lead the line for Arsenal against Burnley.
